About the project

In late 2005 I approached the Dahon bicycle company with an offer to redesign the artwork and frame art for one of their bikes.It was decided I would work on the Dahon Mu SL. I could then use the bike for a gallery tour and Dahon could re-produce the bikes for use at trade shows and other marketing purposes.

Over the next few months I will take the Mu as my canvas and will use my hand crafted etching technique over the entire frame to create a unique signature bike!

This blog will track my weekly work and also a log of my life in general in Tokyo Japan.
